Optimized for Foundries
Focus on your core business!
innoMold supports foundries in many ways—whether for rapid prototyping, small- and medium-series production, or realizing complex geometries. We assist foundries that do not operate their own 3D printers, need to handle peak orders, or face bottlenecks in their core production. This enables flexible, efficient, and reliable manufacturing processes—exactly when our customers need us.
Our Services
innoMold – The Digital Core Shop
With innoMold, you can bring your ideas to the foundry quickly and precisely. From the first CAD dataset to the casting-ready part, we execute your projects with maximum accuracy and short lead times. Whether individual sand cores in different formulations or complete casting-ready sand molds—we offer maximum flexibility starting from batch size one.
Our in-house CAD department supports you in designing cores and molds, scanning cores and cast parts, and developing complex gating and loose-part systems from infiltrated sand. Our service portfolio is rounded out by personalized consulting—on request, directly at your site.

Technological Expertise
Modern Technology and Long-Standing Competence
innoMold specializes in 3D printing services for the foundry industry. Since our founding, we have continuously introduced new technologies and expanded the capacity of our production facilities. This includes high-performance 3D printing systems, a variety of sand types, and specially developed processes that optimize both part quality and the entire workflow up to delivery.

Sustainability
Sustainable Production with 3D Printing
Through targeted measures, we conserve resources, reduce waste, and increase energy efficiency. The binder jetting process, in particular, supports sustainability: binders are made from renewable sources, and additive manufacturing enables lightweight, energy-efficient geometries for cars, aircraft, and machinery—producing significantly less waste and reducing energy consumption across the entire value chain.
