3D Sand Printers
and Matching Materials
With high-performance Binder Jet 3D printers from ExOne, we cover the entire spectrum of 3D sand printing – from prototype development to series production. In the process, we work with both high-quality quartz sands and innovative material solutions such as Cerapearl 3D.
Binder Jet Solution for Cores and Molds
Powerful binder-jet technology enables the fast and reliable production of complex cores and molds with high throughput.
At innoMold, we operate multiple state-of-the-art 3D sand printers to manufacture large and intricate cores and molds efficiently. Thanks to spacious build platforms, we produce both prototypes and series parts with maximum productivity. The objects are printed directly from fully validated 3D CAD data – physical models for core or mold production are therefore not required.
